Heritage Park
Junction City's central park, located just south of the historic downtown district. Known as a park with "beautiful grass" and well kept monuments. Heritage Park is the home of the Civil War Arch, JC/Geary County Law Enforcement Memorial, Desert Storm Memorial, KS Vietnam Veterans Memorial, POW/MIA Memorial, Purple Heart Memorial, water fountain and gazebo.
Heritage Park is the home of Sundown Salute, the largest multi-day July 4th celebration in Kansas and the Jammin' in JC Blues and BBQ Festival .

C. L. Hoover Opera House
A 19th Century Landmark built in 1882 and located in the heart of Junction City. A center for the performing Arts.  Junction City Arts Council offices are located on the second floor
