Located on the southeast shore of Milford Lake is the Milford State Park, a favorite getaway for visitors loving the outdoors. It is a popular destination for anglers eager for
walleye, crappie and largemouth bass, white bass, catfish and smallmouth
Boaters, anglers, sightseeing, swimmers, water enthusiasts and campers will find plenty to do at Milford State Park. There are 10 cabins for rent and plenty of trails for biking, walking, running and horseback riding.
Three different boat ramps makes accessing the lake easy and fast. Next to the Milford Marina and at the South Boat Ramp are fish cleaning stations with plug-in power and a very powerful grinder. Milford Marina has gas, live bait, lures, food, cold drinks and boat slips.
A dedicated "Jet Ski" beach offers a place where you can back-down your vehicle and trailer and leave it parked in the same location while you have fun on the water. If sail boating is your thing, then make a visit to Sailboat Cove, as you'll meet plenty of other boaters who love to sail.
The sandy beach area, located near the South Boat Ramp, is the perfect place for a family picnic. There are plenty of shelters in the Park, which can be reserved.
A state park entrance fee is required.
