U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Milford Lake is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Though flood control is the primary purpose, recreation has become its primary use. Milford Lake visitor information center and project office is located at the south end of the dam at:

RV / Camping Parks

The USACE operates four main RV/Camping parks.

Curtis Creek Park

Located in the southwest shore area of Milford Lake:

School Creek Park

This park is located on the west shore area of Milford lake, next to the off-road vehicle area. For more information, contact the main office by calling 785-238-5714.

In addition to the four main parks, the USACE operates numerous recreation areas at the lake. The Dedication Point area is a great place for a family picnic or large outdoor event. You have access to a swimming beach, large covered shelter, playground area, large open field and plenty of places to fish.
